Tobias Mahler

Tobias Mahler is postdoctoral research fellow at the institute for private law at the faculty of law, University of Oslo. He holds a PhD in legal risk management (Oslo 2010) and an LL.M. degree in computers and law (Hannover 2001) and a German law degree (Kiel 2000).

In parallel to his university research, Mahler has worked for several years as corporate counsel in a global corporation. His postdoctoral research focuses on Internet governance, with a particular focus on new gTLDs.
