Katrin Ohlmer

CEO, DOTZON GmbH

Since 2009 Katrin Ohlmer is CEO of DOTZON, the consulting company for new gTLDs in Germany, backed by 17 years of experience in the ICT industry.

She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration, and started her career in 1994 working as product manager, marketing manager and head of marketing at renowned companies such as UUNET, MCI Worldcom, and Firstmark Communications. From 2001 to 2009, she advised software companies and telecommunications companies like German Telekom, Interoute, and the Mozilla Foundation, supporting the launch of Firefox in Germany.

Since 2005 Katrin Ohlmer became involved in the .berlin top-level domain initiative among others and is engaged in ICANN working groups and participates at ICANN meetings since 2006.
