José Ignacio Rasco

Managing Director of Straat Investments

José Ignacio is the Managing Director of STRAAT overseeing all investments and relations with portfolio companies.

Previously, José Ignacio was CFO and head of the company's real estate investments. A Florida Certified Public Accountant, he is responsible for companywide accounting and financial reporting as well as all underwriting and asset management. José Ignacio also serves on the board of directors for several of the company's portfolio companies. In 2007, he led the company's investment in .CO Internet and was responsible for the financial and company structuring for the new entity. Prior to joining STRAAT, José Ignacio was an Audit Supervisor at Morrison Brown Argiz & Farra CPAs, the largest independent public accounting firm in Florida. His main practice areas included the audits and operations of medium-sized, and family owned and operated businesses.

José Ignacio has a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Accounting & Real Estate from the Wharton School of Business and has a Master's degree in Taxation from Florida International University.
