Alexandra Dellmeier is an Attorney at Law and Founder of LexDellmeier Intellectual Property Law Firm based in Munich, Germany. Alexandra is specialized in the fields of trademark, design, competition, copyright and licensing law. She is an active member in various international IP associations such as INTA, ABA, CTMAI - and works as an appointed expert on "net neutrality" for the EU, respectively the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC).

Prior to founding LexDellmeier IP Law Firm, winner of the awards "Small IP Firm of the Year 2010" and "Trade Marks Law Firm of the Year 2011" in Germany, Alexandra was a partner at a well-known IP firm. Before that she headed as in-house counsel the art licensing and IP sector of the legal department of MM Merchandising München GmbH / ArtMerchandising & Media AG, one of the largest merchandising and licensing agencies in Germany belonging to the German TV and networking station ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

Alexandra now manages at LexDellmeier major trademark, design copyright portfolios from a wide variety of industries, including media, merchandising, film, cosmoceutical and retail. Besides counseling clients in identifying, clearing, evaluating and protecting IP portfolios she is responsible for the legal and strategic planning of their non-technical IP activities throughout Europe.
